We’re celebrating Kristina, a Direct Support Professional at LCDS, for going above and beyond in her inclusive, person-centered support of Brian.

Kristina took the initiative to accompany Brian on a special outing to a local restaurant, making sure it was person-centered, engaging, and an experience he choose. Brian had a fantastic time, and the outing reflected the heart of what we stand for: inclusion, connection, and individualized care.
