Board Member Responsibilities

• Provide strategic governance to ensure LCDS continues to advance its mission
• Support financial oversight, risk management, and long‑term sustainability
• Participate in monthly Board meetings (excluding July & August)
• Engage in committee work and contribute to fundraising and community outreach
• Act as an ambassador for LCDS, leveraging your expertise and networks to strengthen our impact

Time Commitment
