Building Safer, More Inclusive Communities at LCCVI
On March 25, LCDS partnered with Jincy George and Red Rabbit Learning, through the Safer & Vital Communities Grant, to bring an engaging workshop to LCCVI. The session focused on the importance of understanding one another and how empathy strengthens our communities.
Students explored the differences between bias, prejudice, discrimination, and hate, and reflected on how embracing our differences helps create safer, more inclusive spaces. Jincy’s thoughtful approach encouraged open dialogue and meaningful self‑reflection.
A warm thank‑you to LCCVI for welcoming us into your classrooms, and to Jincy George for sharing her expertise and creating such a positive learning experience.
Together, we continue building inclusive and connected communities across Lambton County.
