Purchased Services/Fee for Service
LCDS offers a variety of services and supports, helping individuals access community supports, develop daily living skills, and create personalized life plans that can be purchased and facilitated alongside the staff at LCDS.
The program operates as a reimbursement model, ensuring flexibility and choice in how funds are used.
At LCDS, our Purchased Services aim to:
- Foster independence by building on individuals’ abilities - like resource and planning - while supporting social, community, and daily living skills.
- Expand opportunities for meaningful community connections, guided by personal choices and decision-making.
- Promote social inclusion and strengthen relationships using community resources available to everyone.
- Provide families and caregivers with support so they can continue in their vital role.

Are you over the age of 17.5?
LCDS supports adults with developmental disabilities. Once deemed eligible by Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) LCDS can become your service provider.
