You can make a one-time donation in the following ways:

- To donate by mail, please print and complete the Donor Card and mail with cheque, money order or credit card information to: LCDS Foundation, 339 Centre Street, Petrolia, ON N0N 1R0
- To donate by telephone, contact LCDS at 519-882-0933. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

All donors are recognized for their gifts to LCDS. Every donor receives a tax receipt to the full extent allowable by law and a thank you letter.
