PETROLIA, March 26, 2025 – The Brigden Fairgrounds came alive on February 8 as more than 250 spirited bidders gathered for the biannual Lambton County Developmental Services (LCDS) Valentine 
Charity Auction. The atmosphere buzzed with energy as attendees vied to outbid each other in a showcase of generosity.
With 71 live auction items, 50 silent auction items, and the support of donors, the event raised an impressive $48,000 to benefit the transportation needs of individuals supported by LCDS.
Before the bidding began, guests enjoyed a delicious roast beef dinner. Auctioneer John Stephens of Great West Auction Company then took the stage, keeping the crowd captivated throughout the evening.
