How to get Started

Are you over the age of 17.5?

LCDS supports adults with developmental disabilities.

Once deemed eligible by Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) LCDS can become your service provider.

DSO is your access point for adult developmental services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)
The DSO will help you:
Understand and complete the application process
Determine the types of supports you need
Find information in your community Access to MCCSS- funded services and supports
